These terms govern the climbing-shoe resoling and repair service provided by ReUp Resoles Ltd, BizSpace, K G House, Kings Heath Industrial Estate, Northampton, NN5 7QS. By placing an order you agree to them.

Our service

We resole and repair climbing shoes using replica soles and Vibram® rubber. The exact work depends on the condition of your shoes; we'll contact you if your shoes need more than the service you ordered (for example, rand damage found on inspection).

Orders & payment

Prices are shown on the website and charged at the time of order through our payment provider, Stripe. Placing an order is an offer to buy; we accept it when we begin work on your shoes.

Getting your shoes to us

You can post your shoes to the workshop or drop them at one of our partner walls. We organise free collection and return delivery as described on the website. Please pack your shoes securely and include your name so we can match them to your order.

Turnaround

Current turnaround times are shown on the website and are estimates from when your shoes reach the workshop. Busy periods may extend them; we'll let you know if there's a significant delay.

Cancellations & refunds

If you'd like to cancel, contact us as soon as possible at . Because resoling is a bespoke service carried out on your own shoes, once work has begun it cannot be undone, so cancellations are only possible before work starts. Nothing here affects your statutory rights.

Our liability

We take great care with your shoes. Climbing footwear sent for resoling is, by nature, already worn; in rare cases older materials can fail during the process. We will always discuss any issue with you. We do not exclude liability where it would be unlawful to do so.
