What we collect

• Order details — your name, email, phone number, postal address, shoe details, chosen rubber and service, any notes, and any photos you upload of your shoes.
• Payment information — handled directly by Stripe. We do not see or store your full card details.
• Usage data — if you accept analytics, anonymous, privacy-friendly usage statistics (see our Cookie Policy).

Why we use it

• To take payment and fulfil your resole order (our contract with you).
• To contact you about your order by your preferred method.
• To improve the website, using privacy-friendly analytics (on by default — you can opt out anytime).

Who we share it with

We only share data with the service providers needed to run the service:

• Stripe — payment processing.
• Cloudinary — secure hosting of the shoe photos you upload.
• Google (Gmail) — delivery of order-notification emails to our workshop.
• Vercel — website hosting and (optional) analytics.

We never sell your personal data.

How long we keep it

We keep order records for as long as needed to provide the service and to meet our legal and accounting obligations, then delete or anonymise them.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct, or delete your data, or object to certain processing. Email and we'll respond. You also have the right to complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ICO).
